Our commercial office buildings were developed by our affiliated companies, Univentures and Goldenland Property Development.

PARK VENTURES

Park Ventures – The Ecoplex was developed by our affiliated company, Univentures,
and was completed in 2013. The project was accolated as the first LEED® Platinum
mixed-use building in Thailand. Park Ventures has 27,000 square meters of net
leasable area and is located in the heart of Bangkok central business district with
office and retails space and luxury hotel, The Okura Prestige.

SATHORN SQUARE

Sathorn Square was developed by our affiliated company, Goldenland, and
was completed in 2011. The project was designed with traditional Thai temple
elements such as the “CHO FAH” at the top of a Thai temple to crown the roof top.
The project is rated LEED® Gold and has over 75,000 square meters of net
leasable area.
